You can book tickets for all our shows and screenings online through our What’s on pages.

Box Office opening hours are 10am-1pm Mon – Fri


In person (Currently Unavailable)

Pay by cash or card at the Box Office when the venue is open.

Box Office opening hours are 10am-8pm or 30 minutes after the final show of the day, whichever is later. Box Office hours may vary on Bank and Public Holidays and we are closed on Christmas Day. Your tickets will be held at the Box Office for you to pick up on the day. If you would prefer your tickets to be posted to you, there is a £1.50 postage charge.


Reservations

Reservations should be paid for within two weeks of being made. If you do not settle your reservation within the two-week window, your tickets will be released back for general sale. We don’t take reservations the week of the show or screening.


Refunds and exchanges

Please check your tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets cannot be refunded unless the show or screening has been cancelled. On certain occasions, tickets may be exchanged for a similar show or screening.

Concessions

Although concessions apply for most performances, on occasion external promoters may exclude certain categories. Please contact the Box Office to apply a concession when buying your tickets. Child, Student and Senior tickets can also be booked online. Concessions can’t be applied retrospectively. The following concessions are available:
